Daily Low Stock Alert with JavaScript

Overview

Polls Shopify product inventory daily, uses JavaScript to identify variants below threshold (configurable), and sends detailed email alerts. Includes SKU, product name, variant, and current qty. **What it automates:** - Daily scheduled inventory checks - Custom low-stock thresholds per SKU - Detailed email reports with variant-level details - Prevents accidental stockouts **Apps & credentials needed:** - Shopify (Admin API) - Gmail or SendGrid (email) - Code node (JavaScript for filtering) **Setup steps:** 1. Connect Shopify Admin API 2. Set low-stock threshold (default 5 units) 3. Add email recipients 4. Test with a product variant 5. Schedule check time (e.g., 9am daily) 6.    Download the JSON

   With an active Library Pass, download the workflow file right from this page or your dashboard.

   Import into n8n

   Choose Import from File and select the downloaded JSON. The full agent graph appears, ready to configure.

   Plug in credentials

   Each integration node prompts for credentials on first run. The setup guide lists every credential the agent expects.

   Activate and test

   Run once with sample input, confirm the expected output, then flip the activate toggle.
